For most Americans, here's what it comes down to. They don't want McCain in their living rooms for the next four years. He's a creep and he's an ass

In these out-of-control, falling-off-the-cliff times, after the Republicans wrecked America, people want a calm, positive, steady hand on the wheel.

And that's why Obama will win in the biggest landslide since 1984.

John McCain, on the other hand, is a liar, an ass, a jerk and a Grade-A son-of-a-bitch. He's unsteady, he's erratic, he's negative, he's angry, and he's frankly unelectable.

Nice job GOP. If you're going to go down in flames, might as well go big.

Huckabee, Mr. Likable, would have been interesting. Romney, Mr. Economics, would have had a chance. But no, you went with a loser. And now, you'll simply go away.

Goodbye.

An Open Letter to Discouraged GOP Voters from your Friends at Big Oil:

First and foremost, please accept our most sincere apologies for screwing you at the gas pumps during these past few years.

It was unfortunate that you were gouged along with the Democrats.

It was our firm intention to only overcharge left-leaning liberals, but we didn't have the point-of-purchase equipment necessary to differentiate between you (our beloved Republican voters) and the despised Democrats.

However, if you'll kindly vote for the McCain/Palin ticket, we'll get you some special 5% off coupons on your next fill-up!

And remember, our rich executives care DEEPLY about your family's economic hardship.

Respectfully Yours,

Your Friends at Big Oil
(DRILL! DRILL! DRILL!)

Now now. You don't have to worry about Mccain being on your tv and thus in your living room every night. Most people know that. Given that, I think most men would rather have sarah palin in their bedroom but not many in their (white) house!

The only person running in this election is Obama. Check it out: the voters are either voting "for" him, or voting "against" him.

Nobody's running out to vote for McCain.

That's why the GOP campaign has spun itself into a frenzy of screaming attack ads. They can't point to a single good reason to have McCain as president, so they have to manufacture b.s. reasons to vote against Obama. "He's a terrorist." "He's an Arab." "He's a Maxist-commie-socialist."

The public, long accustomed to finding out that GOP attacks are complete lies, told in the moment to scare them, are increasingly tuning out. Which only panics the GOP more. They keep stabbing that big button marked "FEAR" ... but it's not working!

Oh dear! What will they do now?

They might actually have to go and come up with a coherent strategy for governing the U.S.

Something that has been missing these last eight, awful, terrible, depressing, destructive years.
