It must suck to be a Republican today

Actually, it must really, really suck to be a Republican anyday, now that Bush and Cheney have destroyed that party.

America needs a strong party in opposition to the Democrats, so they don't get out of line. I hope to see the GOP disbanded, and the adults in that former party come together to begin anew. A party of responsible government, sane foreign policy, pro-small business, pro-environment, pro-individual rights.

Until then, thanks for playing and goodnight. Your days of wrecking America are over.

The problem now is that the looter entitlement mentality has become so widespread with the lazy GenY and their MTV Cribs crap that we may be permanently f*cked. The lazy sheeple are only interested in Obama-type politicians who promise free handouts.

True freedom-loving Americans are growing old and going to the grave as the lazy & worthless Entitlement Generation grows. Then the illegals will get amnesty citizenship under Obama and the Democrat congress, tipping the scales to Blue big-time and destroying any chance of a future non-Democrat presidency.

Welcome to the People's Republic of America, founded on January 20, 2009. There may not be a return to common sense until after the fall of the Union Of Soviet American Republics, long after you and I are gone. Americans are ignorant and don't learn from history.

Forget the USSR - look at countries like Ireland that finally abandoned decades of taxing the rich, went to a flat tax, and now have explosive economies. Nope, we don't want to follow that model. We are going to elect the Marxist instead.
