Here's an awesome Saturday Night Live sketch with Bill O'Reilly. Oh, wait, hang on. What was that? Huh? You mean this was REAL?

So Victoria Jackson is really an airhead and wasn't merely playing one on SNL back in the '80's.

Wow. When Bill O'Reilly is the voice of reason, you know he's talking to someone that's batsh*t crazy and or stupid.

Actually... she had good points and was fairly articulate.

1)It IS scary to see Obama, or something about him, every where you turn. She was making the connection between the Obama-mania and the dictatorships which make out their leaders to be some sort of god.

Sorry, but I see it too.

2)She said that the government has already started the slide into communism, a form of socialism. I think she meant to say fascism, but anyway she's right about that as well.

3) She has a fear that Obama will *continue* the trend that has already been established regarding #2. I'd say that fear is well founded, especially since Obama (and McCain) voted on the bail-out bill.

So yeah. All you could really argue is that McCain would do the same things RE:#2. That doesn't make me feel any better, or counter what she was saying. :/

Yes, we're getting inflitrated by a world wide Communist conspiracy that wants to rob us of our precious bodily fluids.

Look up Airhead in the dictionary and there is that picture of Ms. Jackson. Along with "See also: Dizzy Blonde".

Dear lamaria,

We're already living in fascist land, the one created by republicans.

The hallmarks of fascism:
1. Overt racism
2. Belligerent nationalism
3. comtempt for the weak
4. fear of those who are different

Sounds like the republican party platform.

As for Obama being too popular for your comfort: In times of stress and uncetainty following 8 years of rule by an ignorant, stubborn, stupid man, it's natural for people to seek a hero. Obama's poise and demeanor are comforting. McCain's fear-mongering and negativity are not.

Or any rap album you might buy at Wal-Mart.

Now look up the real definition of Fascism and try again dumb ass.

Yes... that is what I said. Although technically it was created by all parties.

"it's natural for people to seek a hero"

What's going on isn't natural or alright. It's a mania, and that is exactly how dictators come into being and rule.

Judging by the tone of your reply I feel obligated to tell you that I am actually on Obamas side and hope he beats McCain. My preference for Obama, however, doesn't blind me.
